Terms
Sample page. This text describes what the Gravure software does. Whoever runs this deployment should replace the parts in brackets, adapt it to their own service and have it reviewed before relying on it.
These terms cover your use of Gravure, a service run by [operator name] ([contact email]). By signing in, you accept them.
Accounts
- Accounts are created by an administrator. There is no public sign-up.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is generated with your account.
- The administrator can reset your password, end your sessions or delete your account.
Limits
Each account has a per-minute limit and daily limits on text, code and image generations, and the whole service has daily limits too. Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC. A generation you cancel before its result arrives is not counted against your daily limit.
AI-generated content
- Results are produced by third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or xAI). They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Check them before you rely on them.
- Your use of each model is also subject to its provider's terms and usage policies, which can refuse some prompts.
- [State who owns the results and how users may use them.]
Acceptable use
- Only upload or link images and text you have the right to use.
- Don't use the service to create unlawful content or to harm, impersonate or harass anyone.
- Don't try to get around the limits, the sign-in or other accounts' data.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. [Add the limitation of liability and governing law that apply to the operator.]
